"Nice watch, but disappointing clasp"
The watch looked really nice when I first got it, and I was happy with it at first. But after just a few weeks, the clasp started feeling loose, which is disappointing for the price. I expected it to hold up better than that. What made it more frustrating was trying to deal with the issue and not being able to talk to an actual person. Everything felt automated, and I really just wanted some human help

"I did eventually hear back from…"
I did eventually hear back from support, but it took longer than I was hoping for. It wasn’t like I was completely ignored, but the delay was a bit frustrating because I was waiting around and checking for a response. Once they replied, things moved along, but the late response definitely made the whole experience feel slower than it needed to be

"Loses Time Every Week"
I really wanted to like this watch, and it looks nice enough on my wrist, but it keeps losing a few minutes every week. I noticed it when I was making coffee one morning and realized I was running late even though I’d just set the time a few days earlier. For the price, that’s annoying.

"Not great quality"
I wanted to like this watch, but honestly... it just didn’t feel well made. The edges were kind of rough, and the crown was loose, which made the whole thing feel a bit cheap. I don’t know, maybe I got a bad one, but it was disappointing.

"Easy return and quick refund"
I ordered a watch strap from TAG Heuer for my TAG, which I’ve had for years and really didn’t want to mess up with the wrong fit. Of course, I managed to pick the wrong size. Thankfully, the return process was really straightforward, and I didn’t have to keep following up with anyone. A few days after they received it, my refund came through. it was much smoother than I expected. 5 stars from me

"Nice watch, but I’m still a little unsure"
I ordered from tagheuer mostly because I’ve always liked the brand and the history behind it. The watch looks really classy without being too flashy, and yeah, people definitely recognize the name. The website was easy to use, though it could’ve been a bit smoother. The price is high, but that’s not exactly surprising for TAG Heuer. I’m happy with it overall, but I do still find myself wondering a little if the quality fully matches the price. Also, the delivery updates could’ve been clearer.

"Really nice site to browse"
I was browsing around tagheuer.com and the site looks really good, it’s easy to get around and the photos are really clear which makes a big difference when you’re just checking things out. The watches have that clean sporty style without feeling too flashy, and I liked how the colors and little details were shown because it made comparing different styles easy. I’ve only been browsing so far and haven’t bought anything yet, but the overall design of the site is a big plus for me, it feels classy and modern.

"Looks good, but didn’t feel as premium as I hoped"
Not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed with the watch. I bought it from tagheuer and the delivery was totally fine, no issues there. But for the price, I expected the bracelet and case finishing to feel a little cleaner. Some of the edges felt sharper than I think they should, and the clasp didn’t feel as solid as I had imagined. It still looks nice from a distance, but up close it just didn’t quite have that premium feel I was hoping for. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I probably wouldn’t buy online again.

"Looks good, but I’m not sure it holds up"
I bought a TAG watch from tagheuer.com and, while I’ll admit it looked really nice when it first arrived, I’m a bit disappointed now. After just over a year, the bracelet started feeling loose and the finish has picked up way more scratches than I expected. I’m not rough with my watches, so that’s what makes it frustrating. For the price, I really thought it would feel more durable. It’s a good-looking watch, sure, but I’m not convinced the quality matches what you’re paying.

"After-sales help kept dragging on"
I reached out for after-sales help and I’m still waiting for a proper reply. It’s been really frustrating because every time I think I know what’s needed, it feels like the goalposts move and I’m back to waiting again. Not the kind of support I expected

I ordered it from TAG Heuer and wasn’t totally sure about the size at first, but it ended up fitting really nicely. It’s not too heavy, which I appreciate, and it sits flat on my wrist, random thing, but I really like that. The strap was easy to adjust too. I wore it for a full day and didn’t get any rubbing or weird marks, which is always a relief. It just feels comfortable enough to wear every day. So yeah, very happy with it

"Repair was good, but the process was just okay"
Sent my watch in for repair through tagheuer, and not gonna lie, the actual fix seems solid. It’s working fine now, so I don’t really have any complaints about the repair itself. The only downside was the communication felt slow, and the whole thing took longer than I expected. For what it costs, I thought the service would feel a bit more polished. Not terrible, just kind of average overall...

"Shipping was really, really slow"
I ordered a watch and the shipping took way longer than they said it would. The tracking barely updated at all, so I kept checking and checking with no real info. I reached out to support, but they basically just told me to wait. For the price I paid, I really expected it to show up on time

I love this watch, like I really do, but the service prices are absolutely insane. I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw what it would cost. At this point, it almost feels like keeping the watch is some kind of luxury subscription I didn’t sign up for.
